The forest from a completely new perspective
At Bachledka, a gentle wooden walkway rises above the spruce trees and gradually reveals the Pieniny, Spiš Magura and the High Tatras. There is time to slow down, stop at educational points and enjoy the landscape without a steep mountain climb.
What is included in the programme?
- A scenic drive to Bachledova Valley through Slovak Spiš.
- A gondola ride towards the entrance area, subject to the confirmed operating programme.
- The Treetop Walk – a broad, gently rising route with educational stops and optional adventure elements.
- The viewing tower for a panorama that changes with the season and weather.
- Pearl of the Tatras – a seasonal additional stop, usually Štrbské Pleso or Starý Smokovec.
Who is it for?
A strong option for families, couples, seniors and anyone who wants broad mountain views without a strenuous walk. The walkway itself is designed for comfortable access, but the complete transport route, gondola and current accessibility should be confirmed for pushchairs or limited mobility.
Worth knowing
- Every participant needs a valid physical ID card or passport.
- Wear comfortable shoes and take a windproof layer.
- Animals cannot enter the walkway; current pet-care rules should be checked before departure.
- The additional stop depends on the season, opening hours and conditions.
